Helpdesk Web InterfaceHelpdesk Web Interface is a semi-automated application managing helpdesk ticket entries. It has the capability to directly access and manage incoming as well as outgoing email. Management is done via the web. Uses MySQL & C on UNIX.
Nov 21, 2007 MySQL 5 support has been added to CVS. Also, a correction to the MySQL init file has been made in CVS. If you would like to run helpdesk, CVS is probably your best bet. Feel free to contact me for installation assistance. April 13, 2004 Helpdesk Web Interface has release candidates now! Look for them in the helpdesk-unstable file tree on SourceForge. Next release (0.97) adds experimental IBM® DB2® support and a slew of other features, see CHANGES file below.
